How much time will you take to deliver the computer?
Once we receive your order on-line, it takes 24 working hours to receive the payment confirmation and payment verification. After the payment verification, we process your order and your particular system is booked via courier to your final destination. We will provide you the Docket number by mail once the consignment is booked with the courier and you can get the exact delivery date and even track the consignment on-line on the courier’s website.

Who will provide the after sales service?
HCL Offers this service through 505 HCL owned service centers, where 3600 HCL service engineers work, and a dedicated centralized response centre, plus service support in 11 regional languages

a. HCL Touch has the facility to provide support in 11 regional languages of our country. (English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Bengali, Assamese, Oriya) from 9 AM to 7 PM at respective regional offices and from 7 PM to 9 AM at Central Call Centre with English, Hindi support.
b. 24*7 remote telephonic support on any hardware or software bought from HCL. HCL will telephonically provide guidance on upgrades etc. Under this HCL doesn't charge for giving estimate for repair of products outside warranty period.
c. Telephonically HCL Touch will guide customer for self resolution. Free for Product lifetime (4 yrs).

If the ordered PC is damaged during transit, will I get a replacement?
Our Laptops are packed using international technology and the packing itself undergoes strict testing. We do a “Drop Test” wherein the system is packed and then dropped from a height to test the efficacy of the packing. As such, so far there are no damages reported during transit.

Can I pay by cash?
Yes - You can deposit cash using our Axis Direct Cash deposit facility in any Axis Bank branch.

I am entitled for a loan from my Company. I want to avail the online offer, but to avail of the loan, but my Company requires a quotation. Can you send a quote to me?
You can take a print-out of the Website page and use that as a quotation for applying for a loan - all the relevant details like specifications and price are available on the page.

Can I pay through 2 or more debit/credit cards?
Right now this facility is not available. You have to use only one card.

If I do not have a debit/credit card - how do I pay online?
You can use Net Banking or transfer the funds to our designated bank account. Or you can deposit cash using our Axis Direct Cash deposit facility in any Axis Bank branch

Do you charge delivery charges?
No, we offer free delivery across India.
